Astrom Technical Advisors, S.L. (ATA) is an independent technical advising firm in the renewable energy sector. As a world leader in the market, ATA is composed of a team of first-class professionals.

ATA was founded in 2005 by Pablo Valera, previously with Abengoa, who constructed a team from the ranks of companies such as Abengoa, Iberdrola, Alatec, Conergy, as well as universities such as Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Since then, ATA has provided independent technical advice in projects valued at over €12 billion for more than 30 of the most important financial entities, investment funds and companies operating on the national, European, and international level.

In the field of solar photovoltaic energy, ATA has participated or is currently participating as independent advisor for over 2 GWp of projects in Spain, over 430 MWp in Italy, 180 MWp in Australia, 46 MWp in Portugal, 170 MWp in the USA, over 35 MWp in Greece, and over 19 MWp in Bulgaria.

Additionally, in the field of solar thermal energy, ATA has participated or is currently participating as independent advisor or providing technical engineering services for 1,168 MW, of which 300 MW in Latin America.

In the sector of wind energy, ATA has advised in a project of 100 MW in the Caribbean.

ATA is currently headquartered in Madrid with offices in Seville, Rome, Paris, Athens, and soon in the USA and Bulgaria.
